Heledd originally comes from Machen near Caerffili.  She graduated in Welsh and French at Cardiff University in 2011 before going to the University of Bath to complete a post-graduate degree in Management and Marketing in 2012.  She joined the School of Welsh in January 2013 as Publicity Officer and PA to the Head of the School (temp).
