Support Team
The support team in the Vice-Chancellor’s Office provides an efficient, effective and confidential service for the Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellors, Dean of Strategic Futures and Interdisciplinary Studies, and Director of Business and Strategic Partnerships.
The support team handles all correspondence, emails, telephone calls and meetings for the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. A key element of their role is as a channel of communication to and from all sections of the University, and the dissemination of information from outside bodies.
Staff also arrange University dinners and events, including the keynote lectures sponsored by the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.
The Vice-Chancellor’s Office maintains the University’s files of, and schedule of contents for, communications from organisations including Universities UK, HEFCW, Higher Education Wales, and the Welsh Government.
