Hot Shots

During the Summer School Holidays Cardiff University will be offering children aged 8-14 years old the opportunity to keep active, entertained and amused. The Cardiff University Hot Shots activity camps will combine sport, play, arts and craft into a fun filled programme. If your child enjoys taking part in non stop energy, creative and pure fun activities with friends, then they’ll have a fantastic time with us at Cardiff University .This is a great opportunity for your children to gain lifetime memories, with a peace of mind for you. Cardiff University Hotshots will be based at the fantastic facilities located at the University Sport Centre which boasts some fantastic facilities, including a state of the art IRB and FIFA approved 3G surface.

Our qualified, friendly and enthusiastic staff will provide outstanding interactive fun programmes during the school holidays, in which children can learn new skills and make new friends. We sincerely hope you enjoy the fun filled experience and enrol for an exciting holiday break.

The camps are tailored for children aged 8-14 years old. Qualified and experienced staff will support children to engage in (age-appropriate) activities paying particular attention to personal development, interaction with others and most importantly fun and enjoyment!!

Sporting activities will include: Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Netball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Touch Rugby, Rounders, Volleyball, Sport Games, Dodgeball, Athletics and an end of week Sports Day.

Other activities will include: Arts and Crafts (t-shirt design, collages), inflatable fun days, treasure hunts and much more.
