Roles and Responsibilities
BSc Clinical Practice Generic Pathway Leader. I teach pre registration students and co-manage post registration nurses both at Higher Diploma and BSc. My main topics include reflective practice and Assessment Spirituality in Healthcare and POVA (Elder Abuse).
Research Interests
My research interest is reflective practice and I have completed a qualitative exploration of the experiences of qualified nurses of reflective practice and its links to the Knowledge and Skills Framework. Currently in the process of writing this up for publication and presentation at a nursing conference.
