Personal Statement
My current research focus is on the NHS workforce in Wales as part of the Workforce Research Academy based within the School of Nursing and Midwifery Studies. The Academy was established in 2011 to develop an evidence base in workforce research in areas of national importance, to support the strategic workforce and service agenda for NHS Wales.
I am particularly keen to develop collaborative links to help extend and develop the scope and impact of the workforce academy.
