With a first degree in Clinical Biochemistry and a Masters in Public Health, Jennifer has experience in auditing, research and evaluation of health services - evaluating and assessing healthcare/service interventions, their effectiveness, patient experience(s) and their reported outcomes.
Her previous roles include working with Picker Institute Europe as a Senior Project Manager to implement healthcare surveys across various specialties. Also, she was previously in Cardiff University as a Project Manager in identifying service improvements for primary care provision: evaluating patient and carer experiences of using 'out-of-hours' services. Prior to this experience with Cardiff University she worked as a Public Health Technical Officer with the Oxford Radcliffe hospitals (NHS) Trust and as a Researcher/Evaluator with the Luton Primary Care (NHS) Trust.
Jennifer has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods research.
