MTh Programmes
The MTh Programme is specifically designed for those students who would like to pursue a career in research/higher education and/or a role in ordained ministry, chaplaincy and allied professions, particularly caring and educational. Alongside the core skills modules, you have a variety of optional modules to choose from, including: Pastoral Theology; Practical Theology; Social and World Issues; Spirituality and Pastoral Practice; Biblical Studies and Christian Doctrine.
The programme draws on internationally-recognised expertise in Christianity from its inception to the contemporary era. We offer a wide range of MTh programmes, designed to suit a broad range of academic and professional needs, and full details on each programme is provided in this section. Assessment is via written assignments and a dissertation of approximately 16,000 words. The programmes are available on a full-time and part-time basis.
