Archaeological Science - 20 credits (HS2422)
Scientific techniques and understanding are central to many areas of archaeological investigation, both in the field and in the laboratory. The course provides an overview of scientific archaeology, and includes conservation, geophysical methods, dating, bioarchaeology of people, animals and plants, and artefact analysis.
