All internal mail should be addressed as follows:
- Recipients Name
- Department or Building Acronym
Note: if one of these parts of the address is missing, every effort will be made to deliver the mail, however there may be a delay.
University mail is delivered to and collected from University buildings several times a day. The timetable is subject to periodic change in accordance with the volume of mail delivered/collected. Delivery/collection is at least once daily and for large users is up to 5 times daily.
Internal Mail Shots:
All internal mail shots that are for student residences should be banded by each University Residence. These are delivered to the Campus Services Division and subsequently delivered by residences staff.
