All internal mail should be addressed as follows:
- Recipients Name
- Department Acronym and Building
Note: if one of these parts of the address is missing, every effort will be made to deliver the mail, however incorrect address information is likely to have an adverse effect on delivery time and accuracy.
University mail is delivered to and collected from University buildings several times a day. The timetable is subject to periodic change in accordance with the volume of mail delivered/collected. Delivery/collection is at least once daily and for large users is up to 5 times daily.
Internal Mail Shots:
All internal mail shots for University residences should be banded by each residence. These are sent to Residences staff for delivery to students.
