Internal Mail

All internal mail should be addressed as follows:

  • Recipients Name
  • Department or Building Acronym
  • Note: if one of these parts of the address is missing, all efforts will be made to deliver letters but a delay may occur.

University mail is delivered/collected from University buildings several times a day. The timetable is subject to periodic change in accordance with the volume of mail delivered/collected. Delivery/collection is at least once daily and for large users is up to 5 times daily.

Internal Mail Shots:

  •  All internal mail shots that are for student residences should be banded by Hall of Residence i.e. Senghennydd Court, Talybont North, Cartwright Court etc. These are delivered to the Campus Services Division and subsequently delivered by residences staff
