Meningitis & Immunisation advice, Health Questionnaire and Specific Exam Provision

New Students Only

As part of the enrolment process new students must do the following:

Complete Health Questionnaire 
You must complete the Health Questionnaire  and return it via email to the email address on the form. You should also read the advice regarding Immunisation and Meningitis Advice. 


Disabilities and Specific Examination Provision
Students with disabilities are advised to refer to the web page for Specific Provision in Examinations/Class Tests.
