Material Transfer Agreement

A Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) is put in place with academic or commercial organisations when you wish to exchange materials which may include those which are of a confidential nature and not publically available. Examples of this include:

  • Biological Materials
  • Software programmes
  • Chemicals
  • Working models
