Checklist - Am I ready to submit?

Prior to submission you will need to check that you have:

For ALL grants

• A completed CAP form
• A completed application form (paper or electronic)
• Authorisation from Head of School
• Authorisation from University by RACD

For large and ALL European funded projects

• Completed project management framework form  (PMF)

If Terms & Conditions are known

• Provided a project description
• A signed contract between the funding body and Cardiff University

If your project involves NHS patients

• A Research Governance Sponsor (This is NOT a Funding Body)
• Identified NHS costs on the CAP form

For projects involving human participants or/and material

• A Research Governance Sponsor (This is NOT a Funding Body)
• Identified insurance costs on CAP form
• Investigated the ethical review process
