The team brief is a template used during Stage 3 of the Project Management Framework. It should be completed by the Project Manager when there are one or more teams involved in working on the project.
It can be used to set out exactly what is required of the team, such as specific techniques and processes to be used, how the team should handle escalating problems, timescales and costs, what the reporting requirements are and how work will be signed off.
