Polymer synthesis and characterisation: GPC, NMR, Mass Spec, UV-vis spectrometry, FTIR HPLC, AAS, FPLC, SDS PAGE Electrophoresis.
Cell Culture: in vitro polymer biocomptability screening and polymer pharmacology evaluation (including transfection studies).
Confocal microscopy: anlalysis of fluorescent polymer conjugates in cells.
Centrifuge suite:subcellular fractionation, isolation of endocytic organelles and drug cargo.
Typhoon Phosphorimager: analysis of radioactive and fluorescent probes.
