Once again the Welsh School of Pharmacy was prominent at the national Eisteddfod of Wales via the EPSRC/CITER/Cardiff University Public Engagement award given to Dr Arwyn Jones (Pharmy), Dr Bob Steadman (Medic) and Dr Pete Griffiths (Chem).
Several exhibits were available at the Science and Technology Pavilion and these were staffed by Cardiff University students including three Welsh School of Pharmacy Undergraduates Malen Gwilym, Eleri Jones and Nia Tomos.
A new Stem Cell Puzzle developed for the 2011 Eisteddfod will soon move to the Cardiff Bay Techniquest site where it will become a part of their regular exhibits
