Another league table success for Cardiff
17 May 2011

For teaching excellence, the Guardian ranks Cardiff as the third school of pharmacy graduating students in 2010, in its University Guide 2012 published today (17th May 2011).
Cardiff's overall score of 91.0 was just behind Strathclyde (92.9) and UEA (93.8), but well ahead of the next Schools of Pharmacy (Keele with 87.4 & Manchester with 83.9).
The percentage of students who agreed that they were 'satisfied with the course' was 99%, equal to UEA's score.
Most pleasing of all, 100% of our graduates were in graduate-level employment, or full-time study six months after leaving University, in line with many other pharmacy schools.
N.B. The Guardian along with other surveys, does not separate Pharmacy as an individual subject, but combines it with Pharmacology. Universities not graduating Pharmacy students in 2010 were removed from the data for the above statement.
