Showers & Changing Facilities

Showers and Changing Facilities are available at the following locations on-campus:

Park Place Fitness and Racquets Centre, Park Place
Talybont Sports Centre, Talybont

Showers and changing facilities are FREE to all current Cardiff University students and staff.

Individual must present a valid Cardiff University ID card and complete a Sport & Exercise membership application form — again FREE to all current Cardiff University students and staff - to enable details to be entered onto the department’s leisure management system. The form can be completed at their reception.

Thereafter to use the showers/changing facilities, individuals just need to present their Staff/Student I.D. card at reception and be swiped through.

There is currently a £1 charge for Non-Cardiff University members using the shower/changing facilities.

Sports and Social Club, Heath Park

Showers and changing facilities are FREE to Members of the Heath Park Sports and Social Club.

There is currently a £1 charge for Non-members using the shower/changing facilities.

Departmental

A small number of buildings, including McKenzie House, 30-36 Newport Road, have showers. However these tend to be for departmental use only.
