The Postgraduate Certificate in Eye-care Governance consists of three core modules: Legal Aspects of UK Optometry module, Leadership skills for Optical Professionals module, and the Evidence Based Eye Care and Audit module. Students will then have a free choice of 20 credits, so you can choose to study a module that interests you. This qualification will provide optical professionals with the opportunity to become effective leaders within the optical sector and provide them with a comprehensive review of the legal obligations in optometric practice in the UK. In summary, the skills required to successfully oversee the eye care services.
It costs £3,000 and this is paid in six instalments across two years. It's worth a total of 60 credits and you will graduate with the award of Postgraduate Certificate in Eye Care Governance.
