The Fitness & Squash Centre is located on Senghenydd Road in the heart of the city centre campus and offers a friendly, personal approach to health and fitness.
Playing Fields
The Cardiff University Sports Playing Field is an extensive 33-acre site which provides students, staff and the community with high quality grass pitches, catering and changing facilities.
Training Village
The Cardiff University Sports Training Village is on the University residences site of Talybont. It hosts the majority of indoor sports clubs and is the location of three floodlit artificial pitches.
Strength & Conditioning
The Strength and Conditioning Centre on Park Place features a full range of Olympic based and functional training equipment.
