19 June 2008
More than 100 staff members received a Recognition of Service Award recently – a new University-wide annual award that recognises all those staff achieving 25 or 40 years continuous service between January 2006 and June 2008.
Part of the Positive Working Environment initiative, a total of 103 members of staff were invited to the event with a guest, and were presented with a gift as a token of the University’s appreciation for their dedication over the years. The event was also attended by many Heads of School and Heads of Directorate to celebrate the achievements of their staff.
We would like to add further congratulations to all of those who have celebrated their achievement of 25 or 40 years of service at the University this year.
