The University of Wales Video Seminars in Mathematical Physics - Physical Mathematics were set up in 1992 by David Evans.  Talks are broadcast live over the University of Wales video network from one of the constituent campuses of the University; Aberystwyth, Bangor, Cardiff, or Swansea.  The speaker has a live audience at the site where the lecture is given and can interact in two way communication with the audience at the other campuses.

Most of the lectures are recorded on video tape, so that a library of such seminars is available for new graduate students, postdoctoral fellows or members of staff.
