The Cardiff People Programme, is developed in support of the Cardiff Futures initiative.
Cardiff People is a university wide programme, designed to deliver standard, easy to use ways of managing our working life.
Above all, Cardiff People is not about implementing a new IT system for HR or payroll. It is about transforming the way people-related services are accessed and delivered across the University by each and every one of us - which also includes the E-Recruitment service.
