If your application is approved you must print off the email introduction and take this, along with your Cardiff University ID card, to the institution on your application form within 3 weeks.

It is advisable to check the opening hours of the institution you intend to visit and find out in advance what you will be entitled to access as not all institutions participate in all Bands of the scheme. Contact details for participating institutions as well as further information is provided on the SCONUL Access web site.

Use of IT facilities is not normally included as part of SCONUL Access.
