Please note that I am currently seconded to the institutional repository team as ORCA REF Project Manager and I am also providing support for Open Access publishing and self-archiving.  

My main role within the Library Service is the provision of assistance to the School of European Languages, Translation and Politics (EUROP) and the School of Psychology (PSYCH) to support learning, teaching and research. This includes collection development, research skills/information literacy teaching and enquiry work as well as updating the subject resources web pages, Information Resources for European Languages, Translation and Politics and Information Resources for Psychology. I also represent the Arts and Social Studies Library on appropriate School committees.

Additionally, I am a member of the Library Buildings Steering Group. Externally, I am a Chartered Member of CILIP - the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals. I am also the Chair of CILIP's University, College & Research Group (UC&R) Wales Committee.

Furthermore, I provide EndNote support and act as the University Library Service (ULS) International Contact, liaising with foreign institutions as well as coordinating work and student placements in the library from abroad.

Finally, I am involved in a range of projects that are currently in process in the Library Service and more widely in Information Services (INSRV).
