Reporting a Fault in a Pool Room

Should any equipment fail during a lecture you will find contact details posted in each pool room for a prompt response.

Problems with the computing or audio visual equipment in pool rooms should initially be reported to the local departmental technician. Each of the pool rooms has a notice with contact details of the locally based technician responsible for the room. Should you not be able to contact the local technician then you should contact insrvConnect on 74487 to report the fault.

Contact the Estates Division for problems or queries relating to lighting, seating, air-conditioning, and general maintenance of pool rooms. 

Maintenance requests / faults may be reported directly to the HOTLINE (ext. 74477), via the Departmental Building Liaison Officer or if available within the building, the Porter or Receptionist.
