Support in Pool Rooms for Conferences

If a conference is organised by a department then the first contact for pool room support (IT and AV equipment) is the technician from the organising department. If he/she is unavailable or unable to fix the fault then the INSRV Pool Room Support Group will use its best endeavours to respond, they are available Mon -Fri (0800 - 1800). Support outside of those hours will be chargeable and subject to staff availability.

If the conference is organised by the Residences Conference Office for an external customer then all support from the INSRV Pool Room Support Group will be chargeable.

All conference support should be requested and scheduled as far in advance as possible.
