European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)
insrvEducation is registered as the Cardiff University ECDL Testing Centre offering registration and certification tests for all staff and students. Both registration and testing are chargeable options but we offer different ways in which you can pay for your ECDL qualification so please check the scale of charges below to decide the best option for you.
Internal candidates are defined as members of staff or students of Cardiff University. A valid University ID card is required at the time of registration for internal candidates.

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
insrvEducation is also a registered testing centre for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). This qualification is really a range of individual certifications, with individual exams aimed specifically at at each of the Microsoft Office applications, but a Master Distinction qualification can also be obtained by combining 4 individual exams.
A special licensing deal with Microsoft allows us to offer internal candidates working towards their Master qualification the opportunity to to take tests and resits at a subsidised rate. This special offer is, however, is limited so please contact us for further details if you would like to take your Microsoft exams this academic year.
We are currently offering exams for the 2007 version of the Office applications with further details of each of these exams available from the Certiport registration site.
