Email is the University's primary communication method; as a member of the University community, you will be given a Cardiff University email address when you register to use the network.
To access your University email securely, please go to Cardiff Portal and log on with your username and password.
- Students and taught postgraduates receive their email through Office 365.
- Staff and research postgraduates will upgrade to Office 365 early in 2014, and until then, will receive their email via CardiffMail. Please visit our email switchover site to find out when you will be upgrading and what you need to do to prepare.
