This course introduces the delegate to leadership skills. It aims to raise awareness so those with leadership responsibilities can appreciate how their behaviour impacts on others in a variety of situations and contexts. This course is designed for Academic, Research and Lecturing Staff and Support Staff who lead/manage teams in day-to-day as well as project situations.
