Practical Steps to Implementing Equality and Diversity
Mainstreaming equality and diversity means the systematic integration of equality and diversity perspectives into the everyday work of the University. It aims to change organisational culture so that equality and diversity perspectives become an integral part. It also helps to tackle structures, behaviours and attitudes that contribute to, or sustain, inequality and discrimination. This session is aimed at senior members of staff within the University.
