Introduction to Religion and Belief
Discrimination against an employee or job candidate and students on the grounds of their religion or belief is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010.
This training session will provide the delegates with information on:
• what the legislation requires;
• the nature of religious and belief discrimination;
• religion and belief in the workplace; and
• good practice relating to issues such as dress, prayer, holidays, and recruitment and promotion.
