A workshop for senior staff who wish to understand innovation and its processes.  During the day, course members will be introduced to ideas and tools which will enable them to implement a new idea approach or project.  Following a structured framework for success, we will pay attention to the obstacles to innovation and find ways to overcome them.  Participants will leave the workshop equipped with a toolkit that will enable them to start their project with confidence.
