Holding Difficult Conversations
Giving difficult feedback or addressing sensitive issues in a one-to-one situation with staff are both challenging aspects of a manager’s role and responsibilities. As such, these conversations are often avoided or handled less effectively than we would wish. This highly practical workshop seeks to build participants’ confidence by exploring the main difficulties in such situations and by providing tips and techniques, and feedback on practice, to help ensure that the best result is achieved from such conversations.
