Find out about the Leading and Managing Teams programme from those who've done it.
This 6-day workshop arranged over a 6-week period has been accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (the ILM). It is aimed specifically at first line managers and team leaders, working in either Schools or Directorates, who manage others formally or informally. Delegates will examine, practise and improve their skills in:
- Delegation, Motivation and Workflow Planning
- Practical Leadership
- Management of Time/Self Management
- Change Management
- Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
Day 6 of the programme will be an assessment of delegates’ knowledge and understanding in these areas.

Programme 4: 21, 28 February, 7, 14, 21 March 2013 Assessment: 27 & 28 March 2013
Programme 5: 16, 22, 30 April, 7, 16 May 2013 Assessment: 21 & 23 May 2013
Programme 6: 12, 19, 26 June, 3, 10 July 2013 Assessment: 16 & 17 July 2013
