Very useful for Researchers considering  looking at future careers outside University. A survey of doctoral graduates. 268 researchers interviewed and 96 employers

An important study which aimed to understand the economic, social and cultural impact that doctoral graduates have had on the organisations they work in.

"One in five employers said that doctoral graduates were business critical – without them their business could not function."

The study also investigated the types of careers graduates pursued over a seven to nine year period with very positive insights on the value of doctoral graduates to employers.
