Staff Attitude Survey - addressing your concerns
Following the results of the Staff Attitude Survey, work has taken place across the University to address the issues and concerns that members of staff raised. This website provides details of the significant amount of work that has taken place across the University, and information on what staff can expect to see next.
Initial action planning was conducted upon receiving the survey results, and two action plans were developed; one short-term and one medium-to-long term. The plans took into account all of the areas where levels of satisfaction had been lower than expected or desired. Although both plans are as important as each other, some of the actions can be addressed quicker than others and the timescales set as part of the short-term action plan reflect this aim.
Work has been taking place simultaneously across the University on all of the 23 actions that were included in the action plans. A significant amount of progress has already been made, and the aim of this website is to provide information on the work that has been done, what will happen next and details of where to go or who to contact to find out more.
The website will be updated on a regular basis to keep you informed of any developments.
