Recognition of Service
The University’s traditional Long Service Awards were reviewed and relaunched
as the ‘Recognition of Service’ celebrations in 2008 following feedback from staff across the University.
The Recognition of Service celebrations now take place on an annual basis and celebrate the achievements of staff who have attained either 25 or 40 years of continuous service at the University.
The most recent event took place on 30th November 2012, where 35 members of staff who have cumulatively dedicated 1016 years of service to Cardiff University where recognised and thanked. You can see more about this happy occasion by clicking Recognition of Service Awards 2012 .
