Strategic Equality Plan

Cardiff University has produced a  Strategic Equality Plan which aims to promote equality and achieve equality improvements across the University as required under the Equality Act 2010.  This includes six equality objectives and covers the protected characteristics of Age, Disability, Gender Reassignment, Marriage and Civil Partnership, Pregnancy and Maternity, Race, Religion or Belief, Sex (Gender) and Sexual Orientation.  Welsh Language is also included.

Cynllun Cydraddoldeb Strategol

Mae Prifysgol Caerdydd wedi datblygu Cynllun Cydraddoldeb Strategol fydd yn hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb a chyflawni gwelliannau cydraddoldeb ar draws y Brifysgol yn unol â’r Ddeddf Gydraddoldeb 2010. Mae hwn yn cynnwys chwech o amcanion cydraddoldeb sydd yn ymdrin â’r ‘nodweddion gwarchodedig’ canlynol: Oed, Anabledd, Ailbennu Rhywedd, Priodas a Phartneriaeth Sifil, Beichiogrwydd a Mamolaeth, Hil, Crefydd neu Gredo, Rhyw a Chyfeiriadedd Rhywiol. Mae'r Iaith Gymraeg hefyd yn cael ei chynnwys.
