We welcome your opinions, feedback and suggestions in relation to the various staff discounts that are offered on this website.

Ask us to arrange a discount

If you would like us to contact a particular company to ask if they would like to provide a discount to members of staff at Cardiff University, simply email us with as much information about the company as possible (name, location, website and contact details if you have them).

We will do our best to obtain a discount with the company and will keep you informed of progress.  Please note that although many companies welcome the opportunity to provide a discount to Cardiff University staff, it may not always be possible.

Your feedback on a discount you have used

Please note that if you complete the survey, your comments may be published on the Staff Discounts website alongside the discount to which your comments relate.  This section can only be accessed by members of staff at Cardiff University and we will anonymise comments as far as possible.  The feedback mechanism is for staff feedback only and cannot be used as a mechanism for resolving any disputes that you may have with a company – any disputes should be resolved directly between you and the company (please refer to the disclaimer for further information).  When submitting your comments please be aware that it is not possible to guarantee that they will be published.
