Internet access for job hunting, researching employers and submitting on-line applications
Mock interviews and mock presentations
Access to a well researched Careers & Employability Centre
Access to a 30-minute Careers Consultation with a specialist for your field
E-guidance service
Access to Careers Workshops, Fairs and Employer Events.

This support is available to all our Cardiff graduates. Even if you move away from Cardiff after graduation, help is still at hand via telephone interviews and our e-guidance service.

We have taken steps to embed employability into the student experience through a range of activities; this includes a Career Management Skills Programme, which helps students articulate the skills they’ve gained at University to employers.

Student Enterprise Unit

We help students who are considering setting up their own business or who wish to develop their entrepreneurial skills, and the flagship GO Wales programme annually places some 300 Cardiff students and graduates with employers to work on tailored projects. Around half are offered longer term employment with the employer.
