Schools and Colleges Liaison Service

Our Schools and Colleges Liaison Team works with over 240 schools and colleges each year, supporting the work of teachers in preparing students for higher education.

As a university education represents a considerable investment of both time and money, it is extremely important that students receive the most up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions about their higher education options and to succeed in the competitive higher education sector.

The Schools Liaison Programme is free of charge and offers the following services for students, teachers and careers advisers:

• Information sessions for students (small groups or whole year-groups) and parents
• Advice at careers or higher education fairs
• An annual Teachers’ conference
• Visits to the University
