Visiting Cardiff 4-5 September?

The NATO Summit takes place on September 4-5 in South Wales.

More than 60 world leaders will attend the Summit and various associated events will be taking place in central Cardiff, close to the University.

This event is likely to cause disruption both in terms of travelling into central Cardiff and moving around parts of the campus. Therefore, if you are planning to visit the university or explore the city you may wish to consider postponing your visit until after the Summit. More information about the impact of the NATO summit in terms of policing, road closures and travel is available at www.gov.uk/nato-wales-local

Please also note that the University will stage its next open day on Friday 12th September. You can find out more about this event here.

If you are unable to attend the Open Day or Visit Days, you can follow a self-guided campus tour.

What is the tour?

The tour will give clear instructions to direct you around campus and will include interesting facts about our facilities. The tour should take approximately 1 hour.

Note: self-guided tours do not include the Heath Park campus or rooms in Halls of Residence.
