Student ambassadors will be available following all talks to take visitors on a tour of the Business School
Visitors will be given a welcome pack and greeted by members of staff and current students. There will be opportunities to ask us any questions that aren't covered in our talks.
There will be a shuttle bus service to/ from Trevithick and Queen's building which will run throughout the day from the car park of Main Building.
The admissions tutor, academic staff and current students will be on hand to discuss our courses and answer your questions.

Visitors interested in Dentistry should report to the Sir Martin Evans Building on the Cathays Park Campus where they will be able to meet staff from the school. Visitors can also take a shuttle bus (departing from Main Building) to the Heath Park Campus to visit the School of Dentistry.
The Heath Park Campus is home to four of the University’s academic schools and the University Hospital of Wales, one of the largest in the UK. You will have the opportunity to visit the School of Dentistry and to speak to current students about their experiences
Come and talk to the admissions officer and staff about our degree programmes.
A shuttle service will run from the car park of Main Building, Park Place to the School of Engineering throughout the day.

Visitors interested in Healthcare Sciences should report to the Sir Martin Evans Building on the Cathays Park Campus where they will be able to meet staff from the School and see a range of exhibitions.
Visitors can also take a shuttle bus (departing from Main Building) to the Heath Park Campus for a self-guided tour.
Prospective Healthcare students can take a self-guided tour of Ty Dewi Sant Building, which features outstanding facilities including a kinesiology lab, X-ray suite, physiotherapy room, mould room, 3D radiotherapy suite and even a mock operating theatre and hospital ward, both featuring the latest healthcare simulation mannequins. Staff and students will be available during the tour to answer your questions.

This session will look briefly at qualifying as a Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales. It considers the current challenges of finding a training position, and how our Law in the Real World portfolio of ‘pro bono’ (free legal advice) and other voluntary schemes can enhance a student's employability both within the legal profession and the wider jobs market.
Visitors interested in Medicine should report to the Sir Martin Evans Building on the Cathays Park Campus where they can meet academic staff and current students. Visitors can also take a shuttle bus (departing from Main Building) to the Heath Park Campus for a self-guided tour.
This talk will cover the course at Cardiff University, as well as the career and selection process. It will be presented by Professor Aled Phillips, Admissions Sub Dean.
Take a free bus to the Heath Park campus. See our £18 million state-of-the-art building for a self-guided tour and hear about life as a Cardiff medical student and junior doctor. See our simulation and clinical skills facilities, look around the library and talk to academic staff and current medical students. You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you like (presentations and DVDs run continuously throughout the day), but allow yourself a minimum of 1.5 hours for the round trip. Admissions staff and current 'Medic' students will be be on hand to provide information on the application process and to answer your questions. They will also have a flyer detailing the activities at the Cochrane Building on the Heath Park Campus. Come and say hello!
Studying the following Modern Languages: French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish as well as Translation.
This talk will outline our requirements and our admissions procedure. Students will also be available to talk about student activities. This will be followed by a question and answer session - Dr Keith Chapin, Admissions Tutor. The 11:00 talk will be preceded from 10:30 by refreshments in the Octagon (Concert Hall bar area) - come and meet staff and students.
