Cardiff University Scholarships and Bursaries

Extra financial support is available for students from lower income backgrounds through Cardiff University Bursaries, which can top up the money from government grants and loans to a total of £7,500 in 2012-13
Other bursaries are also available as part of our commitment to ensuring that those with the ability to study at Cardiff are not deterred by their financial circumstances.
You don't have to apply, eligibility is determined through the statutory means test conducted by your UK student funding body.

Some 100 scholarships of £3,000 each are available to students joining us in 2012, and if you meet the criteria, there is no need to apply – you will be automatically considered.
