I won a government scholarship to study for a postgraduate dentistry qualification in the UK. I chose Cardiff University as they offer the MSc in Implantology, which is what I am interested in. Not all universities have a course in this area.
The Bridge programme is helping me improve my English before I start my Masters course. The teachers are helpful and very nice. My listening and speaking are much better and I try to find time to read outside lessons too.
I like living in Cardiff. It is safe and relaxed here and the people are very friendly. I look forward to bringing my family here to live when I start my postgraduate course. The housing is affordable and the transport is good. It is easy to get to other parts of the UK, and sometimes I go on weekend holidays to other cities, so I have the chance to see a lot of places.
When I was offered a place at Cardiff University I spoke to a relative in London who said I would enjoy living in the city. She was right, and I would recommend it to other people.
