If you are planning on studying an academic course in the UK, the Bridge Programme will provide you with the English skills and confidence in to make the most of your studies.
If you are planning to attend the International Foundation Programme will need a minimum English level of IELTS 5.5 (with a minimum subscore of 4.0 in each area). Read more about International Foundation Programme entry requirements.
If you are planning on studying either an Undergraduate or Postgraduate course you will need to meet the minimum entry criteria set by the relevant academic School. If you do not know the entry requirement contact the International Office for help.
If you have not reached the IELTS score set by your future academic School by the end of the Bridge Programme, but have scored a minimum of IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum subscore of 4.0 in each area), you can transfer to the Pre-sessional Programme.
