Your allocated room will not be available before the recommended date of arrival, so if you intend to arrive in Cardiff before this date you will need to make your own arrangements for temporary accommodation until the start of the residential period, see: where can I stay while I search for private accommodation?
Please be aware that if you arrive on a Saturday or Sunday the International Office will not be open.
