Which bank should I choose?

The University does not recommend any banks, but these banks are close to the Cathays Campus. There is a Natwest bank in the Heath Hospital.

• Barclays - 1 - 5 St David's Way, 28 Working Street, Cardiff CF10 2DJ
• HSBC - 15 Churchill Way, Cardiff CF10 2HD
• Natwest - University Branch, 26 Park Place, Cardiff CF10 3QH
• Lloyds TSB - 31 Queen Street, Cardiff, CF10 2AG

You will need to use these branches of the banks to open your bank account. There are several branches of each bank in Cardiff but if you go to the wrong branch of your chosen bank, the bank staff will not be able to open an account for you.
