How do I book coach collection?

To book your place, please let us know your arrival date, time and flight number by completing the online coach collection form: https://www.surveys.cardiff.ac.uk/coachcollection2013

If you need to make an amendment do not complete another form.

Instead, please contact us with full details of the amendment and your student number: international@cardiff.ac.uk

Please ensure you book flights that land long before the last time of coach collection (15.00 Heathrow, 17.00 Cardiff).

This is because it can take a significant amount of time to get through immigration. The coaches will not be able to wait for you if you are late.

Please note that we are unable to process your coach collection form and guarantee that there will be any space on the coach if you send it after Friday 13 September 2013.
