This guide aims to help you to find the information that we make available under our publication scheme.
Who we are and what we do
We make the following information available about who we are and what we do:

• the University’s organisational structure
• details of the work of each unit and division and the names and responsibilities of key personnel. This information can be found on each School and Division's webpages
• descriptions of our boards and committees, their terms of reference and their membership
• details of our departmental structures, which can be found on each Division's webpages.
• information about senior personnel
• lists of and information relating to organisations which the University has responsibility for. This information can be found in the University’s financial statements
• lists of and information relating to organisations which the University works in partnership with
• lists of and information relating to companies wholly owned by the University which are available in our annual financial statements
• details of student activities run by the University which can be found on the relevant School webpages

What we spend and how we spend it
We make the following information available about what we spend and how we spend it:

• our investment strategies which are available on the Finance webpages.
• budgetary and account information which can be found in our annual financial statements and in the financial reports to the Strategy & Resources Committee available on the Finance webpages (these include revenue budgets and budgets for capital expenditure)
• financial audit reports which can be found in our annual financial statements
• information about our capital programme which can be found on the Finance webpages
• financial regulations and procedures

What our priorities are and how we are doing

• our academic quality strategy
• qualitative data on the quality and standard of our learning and teaching is available in the Annual Programme Review & Evaluation Sub-Committee’s overview and feedback report and their review of the external examiners reports.
• external review information, including details of our RAE results and a recent audit carried out by the Quality Assurance Agency
• details of the roles, responsibilities and authority of different bodies within the institution involved in programme approval and review
• information about the University’s links with employers and the development of learning programmes can be found on the Careers Service webpages, on the relevant School webpages ; and the Research and Commercial Division’s webpages
• accreditation reports from professional bodies can be found on the relevant School’s webpages
